Shipping Policy

We work with suppliers from around the world to source high-quality products. We typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order. From that point, it usually takes between 7-20 days for your order to arrive. Depending on where you are in the world, this could be a little more or a little less. If you have not received your order within 30 days, we consider it lost and you can request a refund.

*Please note: There is a global backlog in shipping capacity that is especially affecting the United States and Canada. We are working with multiple shipping partners to minimize any delays the backlog is causing. So far, we have not experienced any significant delays, but we ask for your understanding if your product takes a few extra days.

After your order ships, we'll provide you with a tracking number that lets you track your order.
